Who is she? 

Laura Du Vé Creative+ offers services in Photography, Styling, Videography, Plus size Modeling & Make Up Artistry. 

She is about individuality & more equal representation in media.

Photographer & VIDEOGRAPHER:

Laura Du Vé Creative+ came about because of Laura’s love of photography from a very young age. Her work has great diversity in imagery, often portraying the intimate nature of sensuality & sexuality. Her personal work is known for documenting predominately LGBTQIA+ culture with a focus on subjects on the feminine spectrum of queer identity. She also is interested in creating more dynamic photography plus size women and people. She graduated at Photographic Imaging College in 2013 and has been steadily working freelance since.  She has most notably worked with ABC TV, as part of their 40 Years of Mardi Gras, and has taken portraits of some prevalent up and coming musicians and artists such as Habits, Miss Blanks, Huntly,  Kaiit Annie Rose Malumut from New York based Posture Magazine’s Podcast Relevant & San Fransisco based Saturn Rising. She has worked with Melbourne Fringe Festival, Next Wave Festival, Melbourne Music Week, Redbull Ultra Music Festival, International Womens' Day with Her Words,  Melbourne City Council, Posture Magazine (NY),  Drummond st Services & Minus 18.


Laura Du Vé has been consistently freelance modelling since 2014. She has worked the last four years in and around the fashion industry, in both Australia & dabbling in the LA plus size industry. She has worked with Premme & Proud Mary Fashion in the US most notably. She has walked Independent runways, Melbourne Fashion week, and more recently VAMFF for Remuse Designs, which was featured in Vogue Australia.

 She was featured as one of Bustle's 'must follow list' in Feb 2018, and in May 2018 was nominated as one of Go Magazine's 2018 Top 100 creative lesbian & queer women making a difference in the arts, entertainment, sports, politics, business and activism.

Laura Du Vé has worked as a freelance make up artist since graduating Elite Make up Academy in 2016. Her work can be seen in PUMA’s most recent campaign with Acclaim magazine, Loose Tooth’s music video for All the Colours Gone and Maya Weiss’s music video for “Blackout amongst many other events, photo shoots and more personal creative projects.
